Problem Note 63051: A date prompt for a report incorrectly displays August instead of September when you use the Russian locale

In SAS® Management Console, you can add a date prompt to a report for a SAS® solution such as SAS® Enterprise GRC. When you select a value for the prompt in the SAS Enterprise GRC Reports screen, you might see August displayed twice. August might be shown instead of September. The problem occurs when you specify a Date Type of Month for the prompt and use the Russian locale. The Russian translation for September is incorrect.
To work around the problem, use the English locale.
